Continuing
the tradition of Yogi Fitness, a holistic approach to exercise
goes beyond the mere physical body. Practicing Good Heart or what I
like to refer to as "Warrior Heart" is just as
important. Following an efficient exercise program and sensible diet
will take care of your body, meditation will take care of your mind
and extending yourself to help others will take care of your
"Good Heart". Transform yourself into an
instrument of service to others and you'll reap rewards way beyond
your dreams. That is why a portion of all proceeds for services
rendered or products sold will be donated to a chosen charity.
